Description: Black Spruce has a clean, balsam like scent, with an after note of fresh spruce needles. This essential oil is the dominate ingredient in our popular Into the Woods synergy, and is a favorite among many of our customers.
Despite its popularity, the uses of this essential oil are a bit 'limited' compared to other oils. Diffused into the air, Black Spruce can be used for lung congestion and boosting a depressed immune system. Topically, it has been shown to be effective in treating poor circulation, muscle aches & pains, arthritis, and in some cases, candida.
Black Spruce is effective in addressing psychological ailments, such as anxiety, debility, stress, tension, and extreme mental exhaustion. It's also considered to be grounding, while at the same time being an uplifting stimulant.
Energetically, this essential oil is used to cleanse, clear, and enhance communication of our inner feelings. It assists in grounding and devolving intuition.
