Cardamom is a beautiful spice oil, with a pleasant pinch of sweetness, and a hint of menthol.
This oil is particularly popular among women as it is wonderful for morning sickness, and may also be used to alleviate pains and headaches experienced during pregnancy. It's useful in combating menstrual and menopausal symptoms, and may assist in treating a loss of function caused by stroke. Many also consider this oil to be an aphrodisiac.
Energetic healers often use this oil to help remove creative blockages, as it is believed to 'mix-up & pour' the creative and expressive energies within ourselves. It is wonderful to use during visualizations for attracting love closer to you, and may also help 'lessen the load' when feeling burdened with responsibilities that others (or yourself) may be attempting to place on you.
Contraindications: Generally considered safe, but small doses is still recommended.
