Ordering

Do you have an Order Minimum?

  • For wholesale orders, we have no minimum purchase, however we charge a small order fee of $15 on orders under $150.
  • May I Order by Phone?

  • Absolutely! Just call (403) 452-5645, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4:00 PM Mountain Time.
  • What are your Wholesale Business Hours?

    • While our Online Wholesale Store operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week, our wholesale working (including shipping and receiving) hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM MST.  We are NOT open on weekends; any orders placed during the weekend are considered received the following Monday. 
    Shipping

    When and how will my order be shipped? 

    • SHIPPED ORDERS: Since many of our products are made fresh as you order them, they take a little longer to ship. Your order is normally shipped within 3 - 4 business days and are shipped by Canpar or Canada Post (whichever is most economical) which takes approximately 3 - 5 business days. (some exceptions apply).  
    • PICK UP ORDERS: You are able to select your pick up point; either our manufacturing space in Manchester, or at The Apothecary in Inglewood! NOTE: The Apothecary is a pick up location only. This is our retail storefront, and is a separate corporation and has a different operating structure than our wholesale. The staff there are not able to change, add, take payment for, or assist with any wholesale orders. They actually don't even have access to our wholesale site to look at your orders! We absolutely love seeing you in the store, and will gladly help you with any of your retail needs, and ask that you respect our pick up policies for wholesale. You're welcome to pick up prepaid wholesale orders from the store any time, which makes it very convenient for weekend pick ups. As always, we will call you when your order is ready for pick up!

    What do you charge for shipping?

    • We offer free shipping in Canada on orders of $1000 or more. We also offer tiered shipping on orders over $500. If you order $500 or more (subtotal after any discounts, and before taxes and shipping have been calculated), your freight charge is capped at 10% of your subtotal, and we cover the remainder of the shipping cost. If you order $750 or more, your freight charge is capped at 5% of your subtotal and we cover the remainder! 

    What about Duty Charges? 

    • Customers are responsible for any duty charges. We cannot estimate the amount of time your package will take to clear customs. 
    Returns + Cancellations + Damages + Claims

    What is your Return / Damage Policy? 

    • RETURNS: We're almost certain you'll be happy with our products, but if you are not satisfied please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order to discuss return/exchange options for unopened/unused products. Note: any returned product(s) must be in re-salable condition and will be inspected upon receipt to our warehouse. Any products not resalable will be subject to a 25% damage fee.
    • DAMAGES must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order. When contacting us about damages, please take detailed photos of the product(s) damaged and include them with your email. Note: All Things Jill does not replace damaged products when that damage is a result of customer handling. 

    What if I notice things missing in my order or incorrect things shipped when I receive it? 

    • Missing or Incorrect Items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order. We have a triple-check system in place for picking and packing your orders to mitigate just such occurrences, however we are only human, and errors sometimes happen!  Send us an email or a phone call to let us know the details so we can work with you to make it right.
    • Please ensure that you have double checked all packing materials for small items; sometimes they can get lost in packing paper and cornstarch peanuts.

    What is your Order Cancellation Policy? 

    • If you've decided that you no longer want your order, or want to amend it prior to it leaving our warehouse, no problem. We will simply cancel your order and issue a refund through our system (which may take a couple of business days to show up on your credit card statement). 

    Order Cancellation NOTE: If you have unpaid items on your order when you cancel (ie: larger sizes of carrier oils, essential oils, hydrosols, etc.) or if you cancel after your order is picked and notified and your payment method is pick up in store or etransfer:
    • We totally get it; sometimes things happen! Please know that we never charge a re-stocking fee for orders that are picked and packed and ready to ship and are cancelled. However, if we have poured something for you on good faith for your order that we are expecting payment on, or if we have picked and packed your order on good faith and you cancel your order, all future orders will need to be paid for in full prior to us working on them. We hope you understand; it takes time and effort to pick and pour your orders, and especially if there are custom items on there then we need to 'undo' them and place them back into stock. 

    Return of Unclaimed Parcels: 

    • We will happily refund the cost of your order, in Canadian dollars, less all shipping charges, for any orders that are returned to us as a result of non-pickup by a customer. Please contact us in this case so we can resolve the matter with you! We are happy to re-send your parcel out to you, and will bill you the additional shipping charges in these cases. 
    Our Products

    How long do your Products stay Fresh? 

    • Most of our products will keep between one and two years, though we recommend that you use them within 9 months to get the most benefit out of the essential oils used. 

    Are your products biodegradable? 

    • Yes, they are completely biodegradable as only natural ingredients are used. 

    Do you test on animals? 

    • Absolutely not! We are Leaping Bunny Certified, which means that all of our products are human tested only - many thanks to the friends & relatives of All Things Jill who gladly volunteer to try out new products!
    Privacy Policy

    What is your Privacy Policy? 

    • All Things Jill respects the privacy of visitors to our website. Any and all information you supply to All Things Jill will be used for All Things Jill business only. We do not sell information to other companies or media services. We do not tolerate "spam". Our addresses are collected from web and phone purchases, requests for information, and requests for our newsletter email reminders only. We do not use outside sources to acquire addresses. Occasionally, we may send sales bulletins or special sales coupons to our customers. If you do not wish to receive these mailings, just click on the "Unsubscribe" link that is included in every mailing. Your address will be removed immediately.
