Latin Name: | Eucalyptus Smithii |
Country: | Australia |

Eucalyptus Smithii has been tagged by some as the 'lightweight' of the Eucalyptus family, as it shares the basic scent, but is considerably lighter, and ambit sweeter. It's also considered safe for toddlers in small dosages.
Despite its more 'gentle' fragrance however, this type of Eucalyptus still packs quite a bit of power. Depending on the application method, it may be used for treating cuts, sores, bronchitis, cold & flu, asthma, sluggish digestion, neuralgia, headaches, rheumatism, sprains, and is often considered the best of the bunch for joint & muscle issues.
It also shares the same energetic properties as Eucalyptus Radiata, and may be used in its place if desired.
Contraindications: Toxic internally, do not ingest.
