Description: This particular Lemongrass (also known as West Indian Lemongrass) has a fresh, sweet citrus note that is similar to May Chang or Citronella, but with noticeable, smoky undertones that make it stand from these oils.
When used topically, Lemongrass can be used to address complaints such as acne, athlete's foot, bruises, excessive perspiration, oily skin, oily hair, arthritis, fevers, infections, indigestion, and menstruation. It is commonly used as a deterrent for fleas, lice, and ticks, helps to improve overall muscle tone, is an immune stimulant, and useful in general detoxification.
When diffused, this oil has shown to be useful in combating headaches, stress related conditions, nervous exhaustion, poor concentration, jet lag, depression, irritability, and morning fatigue, and also serves as air purifier.
Lemongrass is a must have for many energy workers. It is used to repair "holes" in a person's auric field, and helps to repel the invasive energies put out by electronic devices. It is often used to cleanse, clear and purify rooms by dispelling accumulated negative energy. It may also assist individuals in clearing feelings of regret and shame, and allowing stubborn individuals to "forgive and forget".
Contraindications: Do not use during pregnancy, or children under 2 years of age. Exercise caution if using on hypersensitive, diseased, or damaged skin, or if experiencing hormone dependent diseases.
